      Pros

      They are very friendly and promising before joining the company. Once you start working with that's when we all know the other side of the story. Friendly environmental especially the co workers and they understand each individual.

      Cons

      There are many cons. Firstly, they experiment a lot which is good in one way. However, they should give certain time to get results of the process. Adapt needs to understand that sales doesn't happen overnight, it's not like fixing a issue. Everything needs time so start thinking practically!

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working at Adapt. People really value one another and the management and compensation are very fair. The current CEO has an open door policy and is very responsive to input and suggestions. We are growing fast and I think the management team has a good market strategy.

      Cons

      Being a relatively small startup, they don't have deep pockets like larger companies.
