Upper management changes every quarter. People are leaving almost every week. Some good guys are still sticking around with hope of company getting bought by big fish but it isn't going to happen. The company is totally running on funding only. Take the funding out, the company will fall in 1 month. Microsoft have already lost their hopes from the company because the company is 1year behind to what it committed 2 year back. NO PROFIT at all. Its in the lose since the beginning. Layoffs/Quiting are always most trending topics company. No job security. CEO gives high hopes but he himself knows the company is not doing good and may not survive another year. He should step down and give other a chance. If you are planning to apply..Try something else. If you have got an offer and has other option chose other option or start looking for another job. Salary is not competing as well.
