As a small independent business, we are committed to offering our employees a comprehensive and flexible benefits package, including paid parental leave. We are proud to provide birthing parents with 6 weeks of fully paid parental leave, which runs concurrently with FMLA.
Our paid time off is offered as a combined pool, allowing employees to use it for vacation, personal days, or sick leave, which gives them more flexibility in managing their time off.
