      Great benefits, reasonable work life balance, Good team. Everyone I worked with was professional and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Rigid hiring rubric. expect an IQ test. little value placed on experience in the support team. they don't seem to value their support team very highly. once you get in the job is great.

      Everything changes and if you're wanting a static workplace instead of one that continually refines itself, this might not be for you.
