Run, dont walk - Software Engineer Advanced Design Technology Employee Review

Mostly cons. like others said, the MD micromanages everything and does not respect his employees who are not trusted. MD will say anything to get what he wants. no path for advancement, wages not competitive, yet you are expected to deliver above and beyond. Benefits are abysmal look no further than the turnover. people leave in a year because it's not a good environment. This is a dead end job I would absolutely not recommend.
