      Projects are interesting and you will learn fast.

      Cons

      Benefits are not competitive in terms of compensation and holidays. Medical premium is expensive and retirement contribution is minimum.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with and very international in the team, even as a junior you can see a full feature developing into a new product that is released to customers. There is a good framework for learning C++ from the new software manager

      Need better collaboration between software engineering and sales team
