      Pros

      Interesting private equity transactions. Worked with some of the best VC in Silicon Valley. The founders and entrepreneurs would give interesting presentations about their companies.

      Cons

      All the deals went bad. All the investors generally lost all their money. Never had a big winner at all. Company used very high-pressure sales techniques to sell these bad investments.

      Pros

      partnered with some of the top VC firms and worked on some really interesting capital raises. Involved in numerous disruptive technologies

      Cons

      the sr. management is potentially on the verge of criminal activity in regards to how they distribute information and advise their clients. Management is street smart, but clearly lack the ability to run a VC firm/investment bank or whatever it is they want to call themselves.
