- incredible people; motivated by the work they're doing, interesting to talk to, fun to work with every day - really exciting work; AMS is truly on the cutting edge of their industry - fast paced work but not overly demanding; always too much to do but employees are still treated respectfully.
Cons
- maintains some of the craze associated with start-ups; still working on establishing robust internal processes - room to improve communication between management and employees (actively working on this)
