Pros

My teammates and our leaders are one cohesive, dynamic and wonderful group of individuals. We are supportive to each other and go so far above what is asked/expected for our clients. Our leadership team is compassionate, agile and always at the forefront of the latest in technologies and innovations to better support our clients and ultimately us - our growing, diverse team. I couldn't be happier with Advanced RPO as an employer and am blessed to be a part of this great team.

Pros

Good ancillary perks and diversity programs

Cons

Complete lack of transparency and honesty Very top heavy (many Directors and VPs) and leaders are protected at the expense of client facing employees who reap the negative consequences, client facing employees are laid off but the organization keeps their non-sales producing Directors and VPs Leaders are disingenuous and will say one thing but do another behind your back Leaders that have "been in the industry forever" and are not open to feedback or insights and are condescending when you have ideas even though business continues to decline
