      Great WLB, good pay and exposure to PE consulting. Fast progression if you're good

      Cons

      Small team and quite specialised in private equity / transaction work. Doesn't have the brand name of the bigger guys, but definitely get better learning and development opportunities

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects

      - none to really highlight to be honest

      - Long hours - Becoming more and more cheap - Limited exit other than in industry opportunities
