      - Fast learning, dynamic environment, great people (including support staff) - Entrepreneurial spirit, agile company, no administrative burden - Well recognized by clients - Possibility to fast-track - Very good salaries (similar to top strategic consulting firms)

      - Nothing really, maybe training somehow lower than top-of-class

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects
