From the very beginning of the interview and onboarding process, Aegis Project Controls made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. Everyone I interacted with was down to earth, approachable, and transparent, which made the entire experience feel much more personal than transactional. One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to bringing more women into the construction and project controls industry. In a field that has traditionally been male dominated, it was refreshing to see a company that truly values diversity, inclusion, and creating opportunities for women to grow and succeed.
