People care here. I am part of the same group that sees reviews here that don’t reflect the work environment and care about the company. It’s unfortunate that former managers who couldn’t hack it at Affinity are allowed to share untrue things just to harm the company. What goes around comes around. Community events, good work-life balance (I can work from home some days), constructive feedback from my manager, I have autonomy,
