I Loved my time at Affinity Solutions - Solution Architect Affinity Solutions Employee Review

I was a Solution Consultant with Affinity Solutions for 3.5 years. My time at Affinity was among the most fulfilling and rewarding of my career. Incredible company with incredible data. However, what truly set the experience apart for me were the people. From leadership to peers, the team is exceptional—collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. Leadership not only set a clear and motivating vision but also made the effort to recognize contributions, big and small. No nonsense, no egos, no politics. Original thinking and creativity are encouraged across all levels of the organization. People are allowed to swim outside their lanes without fear of breaking the chain of command. I’m grateful for the experience and will always look back on my time there with pride and appreciation.
