      Kind colleagues, mission-oriented organization, well-known historically for its response to HIV in NYC and Ethiopia

      The agency relies on old systems that were built in the 1980s-2000s, which makes it a difficult place to work in NYC in 2022. These old systems do not provide for effective management of HR, IT, facilities, and finances, which leaves staff and clients behind.
