Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

First, the two positive reviews are from people who are being paid to post. I can understand why they are on the defensive, because this place is sinking like the Titanic. If my company had a 60% turnover rate I'd be trying to do what I could to salvage my rep too. While the negative review is extreme, it is a lot closer to the truth than the positive ones (which have been posted by what is essentially management) Agency Entourage is not run well. The CEO is NEVER THERE. I had to laugh when one of the positive reviews said that the CEO was so present. They are more concerned with tearing down walls and expanding than actually making sure their employees are well compensated, or even actually having employees, because everyone keeps quitting. I was making around 22K while I was working there and had a college degree. I could have made more money working at McDonalds. The "culture" of Agency Entourage is a facade. On the outside it looks like a cool exciting company but on the inside it's rotting. If you interview, ask why they can't keep more than one or two people longer than a year. Go on LinkedIn and reach out to former employees (which number in the dozens, which is quite sad for a company of under 20 that has been around for under 4 years) Please look very carefully at the other reviews. The positive ones read like a PR release and the cons aren't actually cons, they are just opinions. They even gave the exact same scores for Culture & Values, etc. This thinly veiled attempt at trying to manage their bad rep among former employees is laughable. They also tend to go after people who leave or voice their opinions about the company (badmouthing to colleagues and peers, spreading misinformation), which is why you may not see very many negative posts.

Thank you for your review. We take your feedback seriously and have listened. But we are also glad we didn't throw in the towel. We are real people, trying to make real livings and real careers out of this company. We treat others just like we would like to be treated ourselves. We have had many growing pains, but we have remained transparent and our employees appreciate that greatly.

Pros

The culture at AE is similar to most digital agencies in the industry. The work life balance here is exactly that. Most employees work very diligently throughout the day, while the afternoons can be a time of laughter and unwinding. One of the best things about this company is the events. Social Media Day, Fair Day, Rangers Games, Breakfast Club, SXSW, Client Galas, Awards Ceremonies and more! This group definitely has the social networking type persona embedded in their blood, so it's good to keep in mind that the workflow can be intense at times, but the management always comes through with rewarding experiences. The second best thing about AE, is the opportunity to learn so much. It doesn't matter what your speciality is, you will leave with an all around knowledge of Analytics, SEO, Design, Web Dev, Social Media and how to build a great client relationship, when you apply yourself. If you don't have the go-getter, proactive type attitude, this may not be a place for you! The continued learning experience is also something the company supports through expos to help you build your individual skill set.

Cons

We work in an open space. It can get noisy, but you just have to plug-in. It definitely requires some discipline to zone out and get the work done.
