There is a pleasant corporate culture, helped to leave at the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
Cons
My managers could not offer the development that I needed. There was a lot of work, there was always some dissatisfaction with the results. And the constant pursuit of overfulfillment of plans. For good results did not give any good mark. Wages were low, and there was always a lot of work. I quickly burned out and became disillusioned with this area. Now it is psychologically very difficult to return here, especially because of the war in my country.
