We understand how unsettling a layoff can be. However, we want to clarify that it is not our practice to end projects abruptly. We provide people with a notice period and do not communicate a project's end suddenly. If there was any misunderstanding, we apologize and are committed to improving our communication and support. To address such situations better, we have our "New Home Process". This initiative is designed to support collaborators when their project ends, aiming to find them new assignments within the company. We have seen positive results in many cases, with numerous collaborators successfully transitioning to new roles. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your time with us.
