Cons
This is a lean company, therefore a bad under performing employee can affect others’ performance. If you are good at what you do, then you will be happy, and successful but if you are mediocre then you will struggle and maybe get sacked. The job is very flexible and they pay very well, as such you are expected to perform and get the job done. The company has been running like a well oiled machine since they let go of many incompetent employees and hired new competent employees.
