10yThank you for taking the time to write a review. I agree that things have changed since we were acquired– it is inevitable for a company’s growth. It may have seemed that the focus was on one group, but each department has in turn experienced a renewal and expansion with the added resources of our parent company. Our Customer Service operations has in fact, had 120% growth in staff, and enjoyed increased travel, compensation, advancement and promotions.
Early morning hours continue to be part of the analyst position however; an unavoidable part of the job of delivering news to our clients before the business day begins.
We are working hard to improve all aspects of our employees’ experience and to ensure we have the right people in the right roles. We appreciate your feedback.
