      Literally none. Arrived with energy and enthusiasm, left with frustration, anger and embarrassment! High level discussions with executives looking for help

      Cons

      Aginity tried to leverage a successful Netezza services business into a big data analytics product company and has failed miserably! A nice concept for managing math, they have no idea how to execute, and people are left to fend for themselves.

      Pros

      I truly enjoy coming to work everyday. I have a love for what I do and it's because of the people that I work with. my boss, and our CEO. Our company has groundbreaking technology and it's exciting to watch it grow. Our company has "no ceilings" and I say that because there's always room to grow and learn. There's no cap on who and what you can do for this company, For a lot of companies you'll never see the CEO and if you do, they usually don't take the time to interact with you. Tzaras our CEO is very personal and takes the time to get to know you individually. As busy as he is, he has stopped me to see how I am doing or to ask questions. The company truly cares about their employee's and their needs. I truly appreciate that about Aginity.
