Since I have been at AiNET, there has always been room for growth and the opportunity to learn something new! It is exciting to be a part of a continuously growing company who values their employees, the community, and their clients.
Cons
Being such an innovative company, there are a lot of things that we are doing for the first time. This environment definitely requires the confidence and mentality to be okay with stepping out of your comfort zone while knowing that there is a supportive team behind you at all times.
