Pros

The hours are flexible and the workload isn't bad most of the time. You can come and go as you please if you put the time and work in.

Cons

Upper management. The CEO and SVP's aren't qualified to lead anyone. The work culture is toxic, the moral views of upper management are questionable at best, and the ethics of the company are nonexistent. The most dysfunctional workplace, period.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for AiNET. The company has very talented and diverse employees. The CEO is the most delightful person to work for. He treats every employee with respect and makes them feel welcomed. He is also a genius and there is no other innovator out there like him. I worked for one of the Senior VP's and he was the best leader I have ever worked for. I learned so much from him and he truly develops his team to become strong leaders. I am currently using what I learned from him in my leadership role today. He and the CEO are a dynamic duo and great team to work with. The company culture is great. They have pot lucks (so be prepared to eat delicious food), a pretty nice popcorn machine and a fun holiday party (with a generous end of the year bonus). The employees all have great personalities and a sense of humor. The company offers snacks and unlimited coffee (which is a huge plus in my book). The office is beautiful and the conference rooms have a really nice theme.

Cons

I can truly say there were more pros than cons. However, there are two different leadership styles from the Senior VPs. The leader I worked for genuinely cared about my growth and valued me as an employee. He had a coaching leadership style which was very effective. The other leader seemed to have more of a micromanaging style. That particular leadership style does not seem to be very effective which resulted in a high turnover in the departments she managed. They do not have an HR Department. The Senior VP is also the HR representative, which should be an entirely separate department and managed by a credible and experienced HR professional.

Pros

Autonomy over work, flexibility, opportunities to work on different projects, transparency with immediate supervisor. Perry was a great leader and mentor. He offered support, guidance and allowed for me to work in many different areas that contributed to my growth!

Cons

At this time, I do not have any downsides to working at AiNET. I left the company to minimize my work commute.
