Pros
Airspan might give very good package if anyone has good negotiate skill and can negotiate for 3+ months.
Cons
1. Work environment got change in Airspan India for last 6-7 months. 2. Not having proper seating space, people chairs are colliding if then move even little bit. 3. only 2-3 meeting room for discussion, Employees need to discuss at their seat that make disturbance to other. 4. Sometime office become fish-market, 80+ employee in 3BHK office space. 5. Pantry capacity is only 12 people at a time. People keep wait for long time to have their lunch. 6. Those don't bring their food from home, there is another challenge for them. There is no good restaurant nearby office. 7. After lunch if employee go for walk, management is also notice their time. 8. Management is expecting employee should come at 10AM in morning and work for double digit work hour in office. 9. There is no evening snacks arrangement and even nearby office there is no such shop. 10. No fun activity, no team lunch, no team outing, no birthday celebration. 11. Lots of politics in higher management, group lead shows he is working for 18+ hours and teaming is not working at all. 12. Airspan is not IT company, it’s a factory and treated their employee like labour.
