      The worst senior management I've ever seen or heard in my entire life

      Pros

      Very interesting product line, with lots of potential.

      Cons

      Have never made a profit in almost 20 years and senior management still the same!! Total chaos, the product roadmap can change 3 or 4 times a year. Tension between different sites is unsustainable. Employees are treated unfairly, asking too much of them but giving nothing in return. Very high employee churn across all sites.

      Boss was completely away 3/4ths of the year. No HR to speak of. No exit interview. Incompetence is not addressed. Stock completely tanked. Attempted to fire me on Christmas Eve but kept me on for 2 additional months. No accountability.

      - Varity of opportunities internally if you know what you want to do. - Good set of people to work with

      - Company Strategy is not always clear to the work force, which affects the motivation within teams and many have left due to this lack of clarity.
