Pros
The workplace is very comfortable and well organized which makes it suitable for daily work The working system is efficient and there is good flexibility in working hours In addition the salary is higher compared to many other companies
Cons
• Annual salary increases are usually quite small and higher raises are uncommon. • Sometimes there seems to be favoritism when it comes to bonuses or salary increases. • Workload can increase with tasks that are outside the main job scope and some promises may not always be formally documented.
