I have been working at Al Rajhi Banking full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly managers, safe job, most people will respect you and want to be your friend, steady benefits, gain experience, at end of the day you will feel the accomplishments.

    Cons

High and middle level positions distribution depending on family considerations , nationality, sometimes it's depending on your race! It's usual thing to have a manger at the age of your youngest brother or at the age of your son who doesn't know anything. Sometimes you need to tell him what should he do. Salaries and bands are made upon race considerations. Working with the most lazy colleges ever. Of course they take rewards more than we do!

    Advice to Management

Select positions upon qualifications and experience, get rid of lazy employees

    Pros

Good benefits (kids schooling, low rate loans) if you are a hard worker you will shine fast.

    Cons

The bank is very centralized and the management micro-manage which makes it difficult to impact change when having little authority

    Advice to Management

Provide more authority to the senior managers and better salaries to the lower end of the pyramid
