Pros
Lots of vacation that you are expected to take, easy hours, plenty of travel, great exposure to the industry. A launching point to a better paid job
Cons
Rampant nepotism. Married couples within the company is the rule rather than the exception and encouraged. Lots of dead wood partners who don't do much work or add anything but still on decent paychecks which compresses promotions and pay for younger types. Increasingly political as the founder has stepped back.
