Worst company - Don't prefer to join - Software Test Engineer Alchemy Software Solutions Employee Review

Worst company in providing monthly salary, they are not ready to give 1st month salary, for the work on Saturday and Sunday i.e.,extra hours work, they won't hike the salary after one year also, even the increment will be only 500₹ after 1 Year 9 Months, no proper response if any questions asked by employees. They are just earning money and they are not employee friendly, last month salary also not properly provided, even PF money added twice from employees salary but they give one sal in that that too after deducting 15% of that amount. In actual scenario PF should be one from employee and another from company.
