      Pros

      None what so ever. If you get posted at client then you are at the will of the client. No help will be received from them.

      Cons

      Not professional in terms of HR policies. Took more than 3 months to complete the relieving process, even after many follow ups. They change it as and when it suits their needs. Not at all employee friendly. You can try to call them up to discuss issues, but no one ever picks up the call.

      Worst company in providing monthly salary, they are not ready to give 1st month salary, for the work on Saturday and Sunday i.e.,extra hours work, they won't hike the salary after one year also, even the increment will be only 500₹ after 1 Year 9 Months, no proper response if any questions asked by employees. They are just earning money and they are not employee friendly, last month salary also not properly provided, even PF money added twice from employees salary but they give one sal in that that too after deducting 15% of that amount. In actual scenario PF should be one from employee and another from company.
