Uncompromising, sincere Health & Safety values; safety standards consistently exceed minimum requirements. Extremely high Ethical standards. Practically limitless career opportunities, so long as you are geographically mobile.
Cons
Too much behavior and decisions driven by quarterly results and stock price instead of thinking long-term / strategically. Generally unwilling to invest proactively without seeing short-term payback. Will lay off employees to hit short-term targets, sometime only to end up having to re-hire again. A lot of lip-service to Excellence but not the same level of true commitment when push comes to shove.
