Pros
The company is clean and you'll feel right at home when you catch Stockholm syndrome. They are ultimately decent at making money. But if they could get away with paying you $5/hour, they would. SOME at the very top are phenomenal people. You don't build a ten billion dollar company by luck alone.
Cons
Oh boy, where do I start. They spent more money on fancy lighting features than raises for their operators. They forced a schedule change on everyone so that weekends are now mandatory, and there was no pay increase to match. We couldn't choose our own schedule to make the employer's weekend demands work. They picked one for us. They knew what they were doing and threatened to fire anyone who didn't sign. If want to feel like you make a difference, go elsewhere. If you want your tools to go missing and be asked why you're not on schedule, I have a job for you.
