Completely Mismanaged and Unprofessional Experience This has honestly been one of the worst organizations I have worked with. During onboarding, HR clearly communicated a 2-day work-from-office setup. The moment I joined, the entire expectation changed to 5 days in-office. No transparency, no prior communication — just a sudden shift. Despite being hired at a senior level, you are not treated like one. You’re treated like a fresher. There is no respect for experience, no ownership, and no leadership culture. Anyone on the floor can question or override you without structure. There is zero clarity on roles and responsibilities. The most concerning part is job security. Even when projects exist, if you are not mapped to a specific repo or builder account, instead of reallocating you to another project, management may abruptly inform you that it’s your last working day. No performance discussion, no transition plan — just hand over your laptop and leave. There is a serious lack of planning, communication, and employee respect. I am writing this so others can make an informed decision.
