The job profile promised during hiring was completely different from what was assigned after joining. I was told that the last logout would be around 10 PM, but was later moved to a night shift without any prior intimation. There was no coordination between the hiring team and operations, which led to miscommunication. The team was not supportive — employees were frequently shifted to different processes without notice, based on requirements. No transparency in communication or respect for the role you were hired for.
