Toxic culture fueled by nepotism and fake reviews - Senior Consultant Aligned Automation Employee Review

There are only cons here ,never join this company they are running a racket,it is infected by nepotism,there is a mad race of using AI without any head or tail,there is only big customer and if this customer goes this company will be shut,the food served is awful,employee who sits in office for 12 hours without doing any work are given appreciation, here you need not work hard you have to just pretend that you are working and sit in office for 12 to 14 hours and you have a promotion,majority of folks are relatives of some directors or senior manager,all those people speaking good about this company have ever worked anywhere else and they are not getting any offer,all good reviews are fake ,only if you are not getting any job only then join here otherwise its good to work in bpo
