AMAZING management that cares for their employees. They realize that everyone has life beyond work and do their best to compromise when it comes to scheduling. They go beyond the call of duty to ensure their employees are taken care of. It shows through the morale of each team member. All Service does a great job vetting their employees. So, you can have confidence in your peers and the work that will be done, which allows for more thorough and efficient work on ones part. It's fantastic to be able to go into work knowing that you will be taken care of and that if any issues arise they will be handled tenaciously.
Cons
The only issues I have had have dealt with scheduling consistency which is something that simply goes along with the territory.
