Amazing mission and staff. The organization really walks the walk

Very challenging work (which can be a good thing if you want to grow)

The intentions were there and some efforts were made to organize

It is clearly underfunded, however, the poor communication in stating expectations to their staff, as well as notifying all the involved parties of their intentions lead to mass confusion and wasted time that could have been better spent. It is hard to be a part of a program like this without managing it yourself underpaid
