All Stars Project interview questions

A convoluted and bizarre interview process that seems more like a psychological experiment than an attempt to find a good candidate. Expect multiple rounds with strange asks and assignments. If you do make it to the in-person round--vibes are unwelcoming and strained. Overall seems like a difficult place to work.

For the first interview, you need to have some kind of performance/presentation piece prepared. Then, a "skills test". Then, two in-person interviews. -Interviews, and then they keep you waiting. --I interviewed with this org, even though I'd seen that it has a very low review rating on Glassdoor--2.5, with comments made about the treatment and consideration of staff--especially POC. I got a sense of this attitude during my last interview.
