      Pros

      -Great Leadership that has been in the cloud space and successfully created great cultures for a long time. They actually care about you as a human. -Work life balance. -Getting to work with a premier consulting partner, you get to work with some technical rockstars. -They really encourage career growth, great supportive environment no matter what you are looking to do with in your career.

      Cons

      -Some processes are still being ironed out but our input is welcomed. -Partner companies being able to recruit our team members. -Have to pass on some really really good candidates sometimes since our clients require the best of the best

      Thank you for your input. It’s so nice to see so many “Pros” listed, and we couldn’t agree more. Regarding your “Cons” … no argument there. As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, some processes will become outdated. We’re working hard across the business to keep up and make processes more efficient and effective for our AllClouders and to upgrade our systems. Again, thank you for the really positive feedback.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
