Pros
Placement and connections.
Nice People - the CEO pretty much knew everyone of us...
Take it with a grain of salt as well because these were the days where the market was hungry for talent. The reason I add is because there wasn't a LinkedIn or any networking per se and everything was old style, which means you really had these good personal, local connections....
Cons
Small enterprise. Wasn't truly a full HR culture but as I said, still a good company to start with.
