Pros
The Santa Clara office has a lot of great people you get to work with. The other locations are much larger and you don't get as much support as you would with a smaller office. However, even with the smaller office, there are times where management can get busy, but the people you get to work with are nice, motivated, and always willing to help answer questions.
Cons
Management support is not as strong as you prefer it to be, so you have to take initiative to make decisions and take responsibility for your decisions.
