Pros
They treat their employees decently. Management shares information about the company financial state. Product legitimately helps people -- feels good to be a part of the company. Free drinks and snacks. Employees are encouraged to live healthy, time allowed for exercise. Genuinely nice people to work with. Previous issues with company vision have been solved by 12/15 reorganization.
Cons
The company eliminated all new product engineering (laid off entire engineering group in December 2015). No one in senior management has a deep product development background. Decision making is sometimes based on anecdotes (n=1) rather than vision or data.
