      Difficult and long sales process. Some territories seem to be more challenging than others.

      Cool Product Free snacks and drinks from Costco (but they disappear 2 days after delivery) Free gym at the company, can use the AlterG or attend yoga 1x week Quarterly team lunches Great customers Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Low morale Departments have to take turns cleaning the kitchen Micro managers IT spying on your work No vision for the company No investment or appreciation toward employees Promotions/raises only given if employee attempts to leave Management preventing growth, keeping it at small/capital equipment business 1990s office environment Sales process changes every quarter Below market salary
