Great co-workers and nice office building. Management is very open to listen to what employees have to say. It also has great health insurance for the employees.

It is very fast paced work environment and also a lot of work. There are way too many meetings that are not productive.

I worked there for almost a year and my department was exuberant and supportive. It was a great place to learn about the credit union business and strategies. Quite liked their commitment to the community, and as with most financial institutions, they were sales focused.

Did not work on the front line, but call centre seemed down sometimes and so did sales staff. The environment seemed to be changing as I was there, however, with many positive people making efforts to change.
