Ok ,Benefits , retail employees works hard to increase clients satisfactions despite the fact that other departments mostly do not support the employees, they are very counter productive and they will take no responsibilities.
Cons
Upper management disorganized/HR poorly managed they want to put as many employees on personal improvement plans so they can justify there jobs.
Managers will do and say anything to achieve there hidden agendas or look good in the eyes of upper management despite the well being of the employees or clients.
The executive leadership in place at this company during my tenure (until 2013), was the worst I've ever experienced. Poor decision-making, literally copying what our competitors did, and other missteps by the CEO crippled the company.
