      interesting job, vast portfolio of clients, some really nice colleagues.

      Cons

      old school mentality in leadership team, lack of young ppl on exec levels, no career growth, non existent salary evaluation and increase even after many years. some toxic elements, especially across the pond

      Pros

      - Autonomy and trust. You can do as well as you want there if you step up for it. - People in the company are smart and they care about one another. - Pay is good relative to other companies in the space. Benefits are mediocre, though.

      Cons

      - Relatively small company so people wear lots of hats (can be good or bad). - Training is minimal, and you learn as you go. - Leadership is based in Asia so sometimes you can feel disconnected in the US office.
