      Pros

      SOME genuinely kind people. Small, easy to navigate office community. Office lunches every month. Relaxed office start time, lateness is common throughout all departments.

      Cons

      No growth. Many people seem to be trapped there with no opportunity. Quite sad to observe. Company seems to aspire to be forward thinking thought leaders but are stuck in a very old school mentality. Very vital departments such as the customer service department are extremely undervalued. Office politics run rampant.
