Minimal diversity at higher level of management Operational excellence is a weakness and they are decades behind other Fortune 500 companies They abandon their core values, including safety, if it means they won't hit their profit targets and therefore won't get their bonuses Many plant locations are good 'ole boy clubs Poor work life balance - working from home is frowned upon Software is outdated and unsupported
