Pros

The healthcare and 401k is reasonably good.

Cons

Management will lie to your face and they do not care about their employees. They are so far detached from processes that they implement changes that make things worse. You will be overworked and they. Always seem to take away benefits but never improve things for the employees. Morale is at an all time low.
