      Pros

      Learning a new job. Working with machinery. Meeting new people. Tons of available overtime. Paid holidays and week vacations. Every other weekend off.

      Cons

      12 hour night shift is exhausting while losing alot of sleep. Some employees are ignorant but that's to be expected in most companies.
